Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CloseTempo. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

Service

CloseTempo analyzes sales-pipeline information and provides risk signals, reports, and recommended actions. Outputs are informational and may require human review. You remain responsible for sales decisions, customer communications, data accuracy, and use of the results.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and automatically renew until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. Taxes may apply.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing closetempo@gmail.com. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, including the seven-day window for a first subscription payment.

Your data and responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to provide data submitted to CloseTempo. You must not submit unlawful content, sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for sales analysis, malware, or data obtained without authorization. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date.

Intellectual property

CloseTempo and its software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors’. You retain rights in your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process submitted data and provide the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed sales results. CloseTempo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid CloseTempo during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
