Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including your name, business email, company, CRM type, team size, selected plan, report summary, referral source, email preferences, and support messages. Stripe separately processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.

Pipeline data

CSV analysis runs for the purpose of producing your requested report. CloseTempo does not intentionally retain the uploaded CSV file or individual CSV rows after analysis. If you ask us to email your results, we retain only the report summary and contact information needed to provide that service. A connected HubSpot account grants read-only access to the deal and owner data needed to produce monitoring reports.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, deliver requested reports, measure the signup funnel, send communications you consented to receive, recover an incomplete setup, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Render for application hosting, Neon for database hosting, Resend for email delivery, HubSpot for CRM connectivity, and GitHub for source-code hosting and scheduled automation. They process information according to their agreements and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain account, lead, billing, report-summary, consent, and support records only as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit access to operational needs.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing follow-ups using the link in any applicable email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Children

CloseTempo is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
